Moving out of state definitely was very time consuming...much more than I anticipated. I haven't exercised in 3 weeks, but I have been very active (hope that counts). I do have to admit though that my eating hasn't really been what I would consider "healthy", but that's all about to change soon.
I just spend some time researching and putting together my fitness plan for the next 3 months. My best friend will be coming in March to run her first half marathon, so I made sure my plan included a training plan for the half.
Since I am with my husband now, I will be dipping a bit into crossfit. He will be my own personal coach while he is here with me. I will be mixing it up so that my routine isn't so "routine". In addition to my schedule, my eating habits will return. Not only will I be eating healthier, but I will be diving a little deeper into the world of "organic" foods.
I plan to share with you my thoughts on my fitness program, as well as my progress. I'm excited to start this journey for 2011 and I hope to inspire you to get fit & healthy.
